A bit of (hopefully) constructive criticism: You might want to tone down the black around the character’s eyes. They look like they’ve applied way too much mascara.
That sounds constructive to me. Do you suggest I make the outlines of their eyes thinner, or simply a darker shade of their hair color rather than black?
I’ll chip in here:
I actually like it in the ‘closer’ panels (especially the first two) – in the panels where you’re zoomed out a bit it looks like you’re using the same line thickness. In those I think it would look a lot better thinner, in proportion to the scale.
Panel one looks really super, so much character there.
In #2 you get away with it (because of the dark menu) but in #4 it looks unnatural. i.e. my vote would be to keeps mom’s eyeliner and change Zach’s, but to what colour, I’m not sure.
I’ll see what I can do…
